We love Mother Nature, and we especially love our native koalas. We force councils and Roads NSW to reduce speed limits in promixity of koala corridors. We are also planting hundreds of koala feed trees across our development sites.

Generally speaking, boots are more practical for land development sites we tend to work on. However, we do not enforce a strict dress code on our employees and partners, so they've been known to wear white shoes and sneakers.

We have a wide range of apparel. Our friends and familie drive all sorts of cars, including but not limited to: Honda, Hyundai, Toyota, Lexus, Mini, BMW, and Mercedes. Most of the time car dealerships give away umbrellas free of charge, and we end up forgetting them in each other's houses. You can spot us flashing all sorts of cool umbrellas of various colour schemes, with and without branding.

Australia doesn't produce almost anything. Our partners procure construction materials across the world. They then create local jobs in regional Australia to assemble houses from pre-fabricated materials.

In the days long gone, modular homes used to be primarily manufactured for temporary housing, utilising cheap materials. In 2026, qualiy of modular and kit homes often exceed luxury homes built in the most desirable suburbs.

We use the economy of scale (ordering in bulk) and control the entire supply chain from the steel mill to the land development site to mitigate waste and overheads. Industrial scale of modular and kit home manufacturing processes reduces costs compared with traditional inefficient build practices while maximising quality through tight controls at every step of the manufacturing process.
